The insects and vermin are gross, yes, and I liked the part of the rats being discovered in the guy's abdomen, but I feel there needs to be more to the symptoms of this SCP to seal the deal on the unnerving part. The "infection" feels more like an annoyance rather than something to be feared. Bring the rats back!
